Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026. Draft: have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it.

1. The service

Dunly sends payment reminder emails to your customers when a Stripe invoice payment fails, and reports recovered revenue. Contact: support@dunly.uk.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use Dunly for real invoices that you are entitled to collect. You may not use it to send spam, to mislead recipients, or to contact people who owe you nothing. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to email your customers about their invoices.

4. Trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, reminders pause until you subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

5. Recovered revenue figures

An invoice counts as recovered only if we sent at least one reminder before it was paid. The figures are informational and are based on data received from Stripe.

6. No guarantee

We do not promise that any particular amount will be recovered. Email delivery depends on third parties and may fail.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Dunly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
